CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OF PROCESSES AND PRODUCTS
GEPACK systematically optimizes its processes and operating model, using correct planning and the use of its technical and human resources. With a view to the continuous improvement of products and processes, taking into account compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.
Based on the review of product requirements, process indicators, audit results and the effectiveness of the improvement actions introduced, assessed through the annual review of the system. GEPACK establishes the objectives and respective management plan to ensure continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the Quality and Food Safety system.
